30 mil Plastic Loyalty Combo Cards are perfect for loyalty and membership programs. Choose from 3 standard sizes containing a card and one or two snap off key tags with a 3/16″ hole. Optional upgrades include barcoding or numbering. 10 – 14 working days after proof approval.

Standard sizes include:

A. Square Card + 1 Key Tag (2 1/8″ x 3 3/8″ – Once split, card measures 2 1/8” x 2 1/8” and key tag measures 2 1/8” x 1 2/8”)

B. CR-80 Card + 1 Key Tag (2 1/8″ x 4 5/8″ – Once split, card measures 2 1/8” x 3 3/8” and key tag measures 2 1/8” x 1 2/8”)

C. CR-80 Card + 2 Key Tags (2 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ – Once split, card measures 2 1/8” x 3 3/8” and key tags measure 2 1/8” x 1”)
